Friday Quote

God's love is an everlasting love. He loves us. Period. No matter what. And He's loved us from before the beginning of time. His desire is to be a Father with a family. His love never gives up. He's the perfect Father.

God loves us so much that He draws us with His lovingkindness...which means His "mercy". Through His mercy, He draws us closer and closer to Him so that He can love on us more and more and more!

The Message Bible puts it this way.....

God told them, "I've never quit loving you and never will.
Expect love, love, and more love!

Don't allow the enemy to lie to you. Satan says that you're not worthy to go to God. He says that God can't love you because of the mistakes you've made. And then the enemy reminds you of those mistakes. Yeah, they could be really really big mistakes.

But God loves you and is wooing you to come closer to Him. He's not waiting with a stick behind His back to beat us. But He stands with open arms, waiting for us to come to Him. He's whispering to your heart...."come here and let Me wash you clean....let Me give you a brand new start....let Me love you with my everlasting love."

If you've never come to the Father before, click on the "Ready" button on the left. If you haven't been to the Father for awhile, He's still waiting with open arms to bring restoration to you. Or if you go to Him moment by moment, He wants to fill you with even more of His love. We can never get enough right?

Just so you know....God is wild and crazy in love with you! And He's just waiting for you to come!

May God wash over you in His precious love today and bring peace to your life...a peace that you just cannot explain, no matter the circumstances that are surrounding you. Let His love fill your heart with a new joy.

Blessings.

Amen to that, Mary. It is so good to know that there is at least One who's love is always perfect - no conditions attached to His love for us...no matter where we have been, He always welcomes us back with open arms...

Thank you so much for sharing from your heart.

This was very comforting to me and just what I needed to hear right now. I feel like I need Him so much and yet I run from Him...
